2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.

7. Packaging

All Pure of Morocco products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. We use protective packaging to prevent leaks or breakage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or uncollected package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the parcel appears stuck or lost, contact us at contact@pureofmorocco.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
